Safety Commitments (working here means working safely)

• A dedicated Safety team is assigned to each job site, headed by Safety Engineer.
• In accordance with guidelines available in NBF 2014, our own Safety Manual, Safety Policy as well as such policies & practices of clients, Safety Engineer and his team are constantly engaged in controlling risks and ensure safe work practices after thoroughly identifying hazards.
• Health and Environmental policies are directly controlled by Resident General Manager along with Administration Officer at site. In doing so, they are once again guided by guidelines given in ISO 9001:2008, our own HSE manual and particular requirements of client.
• Our work is never so urgent or important that we cannot take time to do it safely
• Everyone is obligated to refuse unsafe work
• All injuries are preventable
• All levels of supervision are accountable for safety performance.
• Everyone is obligated to raise concerns about the hazards seen.
• Excellence in safety leads to excellence in business
• Employee and contractor committement is essential to safety performance.
• Safety attitute off the job is as important as on the job
